Try placing ant cups any place the RV touches the groundReferences :

Mix up a spray bottle with (Malathion) insect killer. Spray all contact points with the ground. This stuff works great and is harmless to humans and pets. I Have a bottle all the time at my home. I spray the foundation where it touches the ground. Any time I see an ant hill, it gets shot.References :

This may not be popular to say, but the best way to keep ants out of the RV is to clean up all food scraps and spills.

No offense, but clean RVs attract fewer ants. Though some ants are actually seeking water.

The other thing I do is get some "tincture of green soap" and put about 2 ozs in half gallon spray bottle and spray around everything that touches the ground. Then I spray around all openings. This stuff keeps all bugs out and you can use it to sanitize your hands before eating.

    It works great!References : experience

Shake fresh black pepper in front of your doorway and any other place they seem to be getting in. This does work. I use it around my house during the summer. You have to put new down about every 3 days. You can also buy ant traps for any that are already inside your rv.References :
